Issue a visitor parking pass
Create a visitor parking pass for a unit from the front desk. You need access to Visitor Parking for the building.
- Open Visitor Parking from the sidebar under Operations.
- If you manage more than one building, open the building filter (Filter by building) and select the building.
- Click New pass.Visitor Parking header with New pass — Header showing Visitor Parking title and New pass button
- Select Unit, then Resident.
- Select Parking lot, then Parking rule.
Tip: The rule summary under the form shows requires approval or auto-approve when allowed.
- Enter Visitor name and License plate. Optionally fill Visitor phone, Visitor email, and Vehicle (make/model/colour).
- Set Date From, Time From, Date To, and Time To.
- Click Check Availability, then select at least one pass type under Pass types.
Tip: Status can be Available, Overlimit, or Not Available. Only Available and Overlimit can be selected. If you change dates or times, click Re-check.
- Click Continue. If Disclaimer or Terms appears, review it; on Terms, check the acknowledgement box if shown, then click Continue until you reach Summary.
- Review the summary, then click Confirm.
