Is there a minimum?
Yes — a $99 monthly minimum per building. Below ~100 doors you're effectively on the minimum.
Do you charge per resident or per user?
No. Pricing is per door, with unlimited residents, board members, concierge staff, and managers included.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees on Essential or Operate. Portfolio includes white-glove onboarding and data migration at no extra cost.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual billing saves 15% across all tiers.
Can we mix tiers across our portfolio?
