Manage notification preferences

1. In the sidebar, click your name and avatar at the bottom.
2. Click Edit profile.
3. Open the Notifications tab.Notifications tab with preference switches — Notification preference toggles on My Profile
4. Turn each switch on or off for the alerts you want:
   • Daily email digest — summary of activity from yesterday
   • Push alerts — real-time alerts in the app
   • SMS alerts — critical incidents only
   • Weekly report — operational KPIs every Monday
   • Incident alerts — notify when incidents are filed
5. Click Save preferences.

   Tip: Keep a phone number on the Personal tab if you turn on SMS alerts. Preferences apply to your account across buildings.

Result: You see a Notification preferences saved confirmation.
