Sign in for the first time
Open the staff portal and sign in with the work email and password your administrator gave you. You need an active Max Condo Club staff account.
- Open the portal login page (
/app/login).Welcome back form with Email, Password, and Sign in — Max Condo Club portal login page - Enter your work email in Email.
- Enter your password in Password.
- Click Sign in.
Tip: While the portal connects, the button shows Signing in…. If sign-in fails, check the red alert under the button, then confirm your email and password with your property manager or MCC support.
Result: You land on Home (/app).
