Pass-on log
Hand the building cleanly between shifts.
Overview
A chronological list of notes the next shift must read. Used for things that don't fit in another module: a noisy contractor coming back tomorrow, a fire panel sounded twice last night, a resident returning from vacation expects a parcel.
Who uses this
Every shift on the front desk and security.

Step-by-step
- Add a note as soon as the event happens — don't batch.
- Tag with priority and category.
- The next shift opens the log; high-priority items appear first and require an acknowledgement.
- Resolved entries are marked Done and stay searchable.
Settings & permissions
All front-desk roles can create entries; managers can edit/delete with audit.
