Change your password

Set a new password for your Max Condo Club account. You need to know your current password.

In the sidebar, click your name and avatar at the bottom.
Click Edit profile.
Open the Security tab.Security tab with password fields — Password and security section on My Profile
Enter your Current password.
Enter your New password (at least 8 characters).
Enter the same value in Confirm new password.
Click Update password.

Tip: If the change fails, read the error toast and confirm the new password fields match. After a successful change, use the new password the next time you sign in.

Result: You see a Password changed confirmation, and the password fields clear.

Update your profile — Change the name and contact details shown for your staff account. You need to be signed in.
Turn on two-factor authentication — Find the two-factor authentication (2FA) setting on your profile. 2FA adds an extra check when you sign in. You need to be signed in.
Sign in for the first time — Open the staff portal and sign in with the work email and password your administrator gave you. You need an active Max Condo Club staff account.
