Overview

Send single-question polls or multi-question surveys to all residents or a segment. Results are aggregated and exportable.

Who uses this

Manager or board creates; residents respond.

Open the feature

Residents → Surveys.

Step-by-step

1. Click New survey.
2. Add questions (single choice, multiple choice, rating, free text).
3. Choose audience (all units, a floor, owners only, etc.).
4. Set close date.
5. Publish; reminders go out automatically.
6. Review results and export.

Settings & permissions

Only manager/board can create. Anonymity is configurable per survey.

Run the same survey across multiple buildings and compare results side by side.

Notifications

Push and email at launch; one reminder before close.

Reports & exports

CSV export of raw responses; in-app charts for each question.

Troubleshooting

• Low response rate. Send a reminder, or shorten the survey.
