Bring new users on board cleanly.
Overview
Send a one-time signup link to new staff or residents. Bulk invite via CSV for move-ins.
Who uses this
Managers and administrators.
Open the feature
Administration → Users & roles → Invitations.
Step-by-step
- Click Invite.
- Enter email(s), building(s), and role.
- Send. Recipient gets an email with a 7-day link.
- Re-send or revoke from the invitations list.
- Bulk: upload a CSV with columns email, role, building, unit.
Settings & permissions
Managers can only invite into roles they themselves hold.
Multi-building tips
Bulk CSV can target multiple buildings in one upload.
Notifications
Inviter is notified when the user accepts.
Reports & exports
Pending vs accepted vs expired invitations.
Troubleshooting
- Link expired. Re-send.
- Email blocked. Try an alternate address; ask IT to whitelist
