Overview

Connect Max Condo Club to the systems you already use: email/SMS gateways, accounting (Yardi, Condo Manager), access control (Mircom, Honeywell), and a REST API + webhooks for custom needs.

Who uses this

Administrators.

Open the feature

Settings → Integrations.

Step-by-step

1. Pick the integration tile.
2. Paste keys or sign in via OAuth.
3. Map fields (e.g. our 'Unit' to their 'Suite').
4. Run a test sync.
5. Enable.

Settings & permissions

Admin only. API keys are masked after creation.

Multi-building tips

Per-building mapping for accounting; portfolio-wide for email/SMS.

Notifications

Sync failures notify the integration owner.

Reports & exports

Sync log and webhook delivery log.

Troubleshooting

• Webhook not delivering. Check the delivery log for status code and retry.
